The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, and
the check-in process was seamless. I appreciated the clean room and the location near the airport. However, the breakfast options were quite minimal, and the A/C in my room was a bit noisy at times.

clean, modern decor, helpful front desk clerk
The room I was given had an unbearable odor!!! It was also quite bothersome that the public bathrooms were closed, forcing everyone to use their own rooms. The lack of accountability from management was disappointing!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient access making coming and going easy. Staff were friendly and provided local dining options that really hit the spot!
The elevator was out of order, and the lack of accountability from management left much to be desired. My family's situation was handled poorly when we needed assistance.

Had a great time with my friends! The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby Potawatomi Zoo and Blackthorn Golf Club. We loved the coffee area's convenience and enjoyed some friendly competitive gaming with the video-game consoles available.
One thing to note is that the elevator was out of order during our stay, which made accessing upper floors a bit of a hassle.

The indoor pool was a hit with the grandkids, and we really enjoyed the free breakfast each morning. The hotel's close proximity to the Potawatomi Zoo kept the kids entertained for hours, and the fitness center was great for us adults to unwind.
For dads, it would be great if the breakfast had more options.

Nice clean room but the indoor pool was shut down during my stay. Convenient location near the casino made it easy for entertainment after a long day. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helped with local dining options.

Conveniently located just minutes from the airport, the well-lit parking provides peace of mind for travelers. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Though the free breakfast offers limited options beyond the hearty meat selections, it still satisfies morning cravings. The small indoor pool is a nice touch, but the workout room could use more equipment to be truly functional.

The room I got had a nice modern vibe and felt clean, but my experience was ruined by a stinky odor. I opened the window, but it didn’t help much. Also, there were zero towels when I arrived, and I had to go back to ask for just a couple.
